1. General Policy

At Herbowati Naturals, every product is prepared, tested, and packed with utmost care and hygiene.
 However, since we deal in Ayurvedic medicines and health supplements, our return and refund policies are guided by product safety and hygiene protocols.

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.

  • The complaint is raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and invoice intact.

Products once opened, consumed, or tampered with cannot be accepted for return due to health safety regulations.

 

 

2. Return Process

To process your return, please include the following details:

  • Order number or invoice copy.

  • A brief description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs or videos showing the problem (e.g., damage, wrong item, etc.).

Our quality team will verify the details and contact you within 2–3 business days to confirm the next steps.
 Once approved, we will arrange for the pickup or guide you on how to ship the product back safely.

 

 

3. Refunds & Replacements

Upon successful inspection of the returned item, we will initiate a refund or replacement as per your preference.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method used during purchase.
 In cases of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer’s provided bank account after verification.

You may also opt for:

  • Replacement with the same product, or

  • Store credit for future purchases at Herbowati Naturals.

Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or shipped incorrectly.

 

 

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For the safety of our customers and to maintain product quality, the following categories are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or partially used Ayurvedic medicines or supplements.

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage.

  • Items purchased during sales, combo offers, or promotional discounts.

  • Free gifts, samples, or complimentary items included with your order.

  • Products without original invoice or proof of purchase.

 

 

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the mentioned time frame:

  1. Recheck your bank account or payment method.

  2. Contact your credit/debit card company or bank — sometimes it takes additional time for the refund to reflect.
     If you have done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to our team at support@herbowatinaturals.com. We’ll resolve your concern promptly.

 

 

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been processed or shipped.
 Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. However, in case of any issue, you may still contact us for assistance, and we will do our best to help you.

  • All returned products undergo a strict quality inspection before approval.

  • Refund eligibility is determined solely by Herbowati Naturals’ Quality & Dispatch Team.

  • Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Please keep proof of shipping until your return is confirmed.
