We ensure that each product you receive is genuine, securely packed, and shipped within the promised timeframe.

2. Order Confirmation & Processing

Once your order is placed successfully:

🍃 You will receive an instant confirmation via email/SMS with your order details.

🍃 Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

🍃 Each product undergoes a final quality and safety check before dispatch to ensure              purity and protection during transit.

If we face any delay due to inventory, quality control, or logistic reasons, our team will proactively notify you via email or phone.

 


 

3. Shipping Timeline

We deliver all across India through our trusted logistics partners.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is as follows:

4. Shipping Charges

We believe in transparent and customer-friendly pricing.

🍃 Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹499 (or as per running offers).

🍃 Standard Shipping Fee: ₹50 – ₹100 for orders below ₹499.

🍃 Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on select pin codes with a nominal service charge.

All applicable charges are clearly displayed during checkout — there are no hidden fees.

 


 

5. Secure Packaging & Handling

Each Herbowati Naturals product is:

🍃 Sealed in tamper-proof, moisture-resistant, eco-friendly packaging.

🍃 Labeled clearly with product details, expiry date, and batch number.

🍃 Double-checked for leakage, breakage, or contamination before dispatch.

We take your health and hygiene seriously, ensuring your order arrives pure and perfectly intact.

 


 

6. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive:

🍃 A tracking number and

🍃 A courier partner link via SMS or email.

You can track your shipment’s journey in real-time.
If tracking details do not appear within 24 hours after dispatch, kindly contact our customer support — we’ll assist you immediately.

 


 

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping details — name, address, pin code, and phone number — are accurate at the time of checkout.
Herbowati Naturals will not be liable for:

🍃 Delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.

🍃 Packages returned due to repeated failed delivery attempts or customer unavailability.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

 


 

8. Delivery & Receiving

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery twice.
If you are unavailable, the courier may contact you to reschedule.
To ensure a smooth delivery experience:

🍃 Keep your registered phone number active.

🍃 Accept deliveries personally whenever possible.

For prepaid orders, the courier may deliver to an authorized person at your address if you are unavailable.

 


 

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or tampered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

🍃 A short description of the issue, and

🍃 Clear photos or videos of the packaging/product.

Our team will verify and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Reports made after 48 hours may not qualify for compensation due to courier claim timelines.

 


 

10. Cancellation After Dispatch

Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order, provided it has not been processed or shipped.
Once the product leaves our warehouse, it will be treated as a confirmed order.

 


 

11. Delivery Delays

While we always strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to:

🍃 Regional restrictions, natural disasters, or pandemic lockdowns.

🍃 Unexpected courier partner issues.

🍃 Remote location delivery constraints.

In such cases, we’ll keep you informed and ensure that your package reaches you as soon as possible.

 


 

12. International Shipping

Currently, Herbowati Naturals ships only within India.
However, we are actively working to expand international deliveries soon — bringing the essence of Indian Ayurveda to the global community.

 


 

13. Failed or Returned Deliveries

If a package is returned to us due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal at delivery:

🍃 We can re-ship the parcel after payment of applicable shipping charges.

🍃 In case of non-responsiveness, the order may be considered cancelled without refund        for prepaid purchases.

Please ensure availability at your shipping address during the estimated delivery window.
